上海市奉贤区降水成分分析及其腐蚀性能实验
Analysis of Precipitation Composition and Its Corrosion Performance in Fengxian District of Shanghai City
【摘要】 为了解上海市奉贤区降水成分现状,通过收集降水,采用高效离子色谱仪测试分析降水成分,采用腐蚀浸泡实验、电化学极化曲线测试和循环伏安测试等研究了降水对金属材料的腐蚀性。结果表明,降水中SO2-4、Ca2+浓度较高,表明燃煤及工业排放严重;Na+、Cl-浓度较高,是奉贤靠近海边为海洋气候所致;NH+4、NO-3浓度不高,说明汽车尾气排放不严重。碳钢在降水中呈现活化溶解状态,会持续腐蚀。304不锈钢在降水中有缓慢出现小孔腐蚀的可能性。
【Abstract】 Water is a precious resource in human survival and sustainable development of the country,but harm caused by water pollution is becoming increasingly apparent. Among them,the corrosion damage of buildings and bridges,especially reinforced concrete,by acid rain is becoming more and more serious. In order to understand the current situation of precipitation composition in Fengxian District of Shanghai City,the precipitation was collected,precipitation composition was analyzed used by high performance ion chromatograph. The corrosion performance of metal materials was studied by the immersion corrosion experiment and electrochemical test method of polarization curve and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that concentrations of SO2-4and Ca2 +were higher because of coal and industrial emissions seriously and those of Na+and Cl-are higher because of the marine climate of Fengxian District. Also the results showed that the carbon steel was active in precipitation,it would be corroded continuously. Pitting corrosion of304 stainless steel in precipitation would be caused slowly.
