【Abstract】 Instrument is an important support for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,instrument fittings and technical documentation are an important part of the instrument,are an important guarantee for its smooth operation. With the rapid development laboratories,the management of instrument fittings and technical documents has become the core of experimental teaching and management information. Based on analyzing the current situation of the college instrument fittings and technical documentation,a management system of the instrument fittings and technical documentation has been designed and developed. The system implements all-round and three-dimensional management mode,and achievs information transparency,resource sharing.
