【摘要】 尝试将公共行政理论应用于综合性大学固定资产管理,提倡综合性大学固定资产管理为人才培养、科研创新、文化建设及区域发展供给公共服务。针对高等学校传统的固定资产管理模式与高等学校固定资产管理需求之间的矛盾,提出高校固定资产管理服务供给侧结构性改革创新举措。实践证明,以公共行政方式提供公共服务的管理模式能够适应综合性大学固定资产快速增长的现状,促进综合性大学固定资产的科学配置、高效使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a try to make fixed assets management in comprehensive universities to be a public administration,and to be public services-oriented in education,scientific researches,contribution of cultures and regional development. To solve the problems caused by the traditional management in comprehensive universities,some innovative acts to reform the supply side of fix assets administration are proposed. It proves that administration with public services-oriented is able to adapt the situation of the growth of fixed assets in comprehensive universities,is able to promote the allocation and use of fixed assets in comprehensive universities.更多还原
