【摘要】 实验室开放是高校培养创新人才、实现素质教育目标的客观要求,实验室开放不仅对学生实践技能培养,而且对创新意识、创新精神、创业能力的培养都具有重要作用,同时也能充分发挥实验室资源的效益。文章探讨了经济管理类实验室开放现状及存在的问题,分析了影响实验室开放的因素,提出了加强实验室开放管理的具体路径,使开放的经济管理类实验室在人才创新实践能力培养方面发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratories’ opening is an objective requirement for cultivating innovative talents and achieving the goal of quality education in colleges and universities.It plays an important role not only in the cultivation of students’ practical skills,but also in the cultivation of innovative consciousness,innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.It can also give full play to the benefits of laboratory resources.This paper discussed the present situation and existing problems of economic and management laboratories’ opening,analyzed the influence factors of opening laboratory,put forward the concrete path to strengthen the management of open laboratory These measures could make open economic management laboratories to play a bigger role in the cultivation of talent innovation practice ability.更多还原
