【摘要】 目的 探讨微型钢板和克氏针两种固定技术对拳击手骨折治疗的疗效对比。方法 回顾性分析2012年1月-2016年1月收治的49例拳击手骨折治疗效果,其中26例采用微型钢板内固定(观察组),23例采用克氏针内固定(对照组),术后随访6个月～2年,平均10.1个月,并观察术后疗效。结果26例观察组:优20例,良4例,差2例,优良率92.3%;23例对照组:优11例,良4例,差8例,优良率65.2%,结果表明差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 微型钢板组的术后功能恢复明显优于克氏针组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study two kinds of treatment technique between the mini-plate and Kirschner wire to treat boxer’s fracture for the recovery of the function. Methods From January 2012 to January2016 retrospective analysis of 49 cases with boxer’s fracture, 26 cases with mini-plate fixation, and 23 cases with Kirschner wire fixation, were followed up for range from 6 months to 2 years, average 10.1 months, observed the recovery of the function after operation. Results 26 cases with mini-plate fixation:excellent in 20 cases, good in 4 cases, poor in 2 cases; the excellent and good rate was 92.3%; 23 cases with Kirschner wire fixation: excellent in 11 cases, good in 4 cases, poor in 8 cases, the excellent and good rate was 65.2%.
