【摘要】 党外代表人士分布于社会各领域,是党和民众沟通的重要纽带,做好他们的政治认同工作具有意识形态建设引领功效。现实中,党外代表人士所处领域众多、价值诉求不一,处于利益认同向价值认同过渡阶段。实证调研中详细分析了党外代表人士政治认同现状并建议提升对策,如加强政治、技能培训,提升参政议政能力;相互尊重、包容,打造"和而不同"的政党关系;积极利用网络载体,创新工作思路和方法。同时,引导党外代表人士发挥政治认同中不可或缺的作用,巩固新时期的爱国主义统一战线,助推民族复兴伟业目标早日实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The non-party representatives are distributed in all areas of our society. It’s an important bond between the party and people,whose social influence is very big. To do a good job of their political identity has the leading effect on national ideology construction. In reality,because of the many areas and different value demands of the non-party representatives,the political identity is reflected in the group personality,namely in the transition stage of interest identity to value identity. In this paper,we analyze the status quo of political identity in detail of non-party representatives and put forward many innovative countermeasures,such as strengthen Political training and academic study in order to improve their political participation ability;mutual respect,tolerance,building a harmonious but not the same relationship; use network media tools actively,innovating our work thoughts and methods; guiding the non-party representatives play an indispensable role in the political identity,consolidating patriotic united front in the new period,boosting national revival great goal as soon as possible.更多还原
