【摘要】 目的探索VISIA皮肤测试仪在黄褐斑病情评估中的应用价值。方法选择2014年1月—2015年12月于中国医学科学院整形外科医院激光美容中心就诊的黄褐斑患者72例,利用VISIA皮肤测试仪对斑点、紫外线光斑、红色区域、棕色斑等指标进行测试评分;同时行目测法评估的黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数(MASI)评分。分析VISIA检测各指标值与人工目测法计算所得MASI评分间的相关性。结果斑点、红色区域、棕色斑无论特征值和分值与MASI评分呈正相关,而紫外线光斑与MASI评分结果无相关。结论 VASIA皮肤测试仪可用于判定黄褐斑的临床严重度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of VISIA in condition assessment of chloasma. Methods A total of 72 chloasma patients were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in Laser Center of Plastic Surgery Hospital. By testing laser spots, UV spots, red areas, brown spots with VISIA and simultaneously calculating visal MASI score, we calculated the correlation between the MASI score and the VISIA analysis. Results Both the eigenvalues and scores of spots, red areas and brown spots were positively associated with MASI score. The eigenvalues and scores of UV spot didn’t show association with MASI score. Conclusion VASIA may be a good and simple instrument for evaluating chloasma severity.更多还原
