【摘要】 研究生充分就业不仅关系到自身的事业发展,而且影响到国家充分利用人才资源的情况,也侧面反映了研究生教育体制、培养计划的合理性。市场经济条件下,随着研究生教育规模的扩大,就业形势也日趋严峻,本文结合国内外研究生教育及就业情况,从国家政策层面、学科发展和培养体制、导师素质、研究生自身原因、学校层面等分析了就业难的原因,并综合性地提出了一些建议和对策,为制定合理的招生计划、培养机制、就业辅导政策等提供参考。更多还原
