渣油MIP装置多产汽油催化剂RCGP-1的工业应用

【摘要】 介绍了多产汽油催化剂RCGP-1在中国石化北京燕山分公司Ⅲ套催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:采用RCGP-1催化剂后,汽油收率增加2.01百分点,RON和MON分别提高1.3和0.4个单位;液化气收率增加2.22百分点,柴油收率降低3.41百分点,干气产率降低,焦炭选择性相当,总液体收率增加0.82百分点,体现了RCGP-1催化剂重油裂化能力及抗金属污染能力强、能明显提高汽油辛烷值桶的特点。

【Abstract】 The commercial application of RCGP-1catalyst for improving gasoline yield in the 3rd MIP-CGP unit of SINOPEC Yanshan Company was presented.The result showed that the yield of gasoline increases by 2.01 percentage points,the RON and MON increases by 1.3and 0.4respectively;the yield of LPG and total liquid increases by 2.22 and 0.82 percentage points,respectively;the yield of LCO decreases by 3.41 percentage points,while the yield of dry gas decreases and the coke selectivity is similar to the blank one.RCGP-1catalyst showed significant advances in increasing bottoms cracking and anti-metal contamination ability along with improving the gasoline octane barrels significantly.
