高性能柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100和RS-2200的开发及工业应用
DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF HIGHLY ACTIVE ULTRA DEEP DIESEL HDS CATALYST RS-2100AND RS-2200
【摘要】 通过对影响催化剂活性和稳定性关键因素的分析,中国石化石油化工科学研究院创建"反应分子与活性相最优匹配(ROCKET)"制备技术平台,并在此基础上开发了高活性、高稳定性和高性价比的柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100(NiMo型)和RS-2200(CoMo型)。工业应用结果表明,RS-2100和RS-2200催化剂都能够长期连续稳定运转,生产满足国Ⅴ排放标准的柴油,表现出了优异的活性和稳定性,同时催化剂具有较低的装填密度和较低的制造成本,因此具有较高的性价比和较强的市场竞争力。
【Abstract】 Reactant-active phase Optimization & Cost-effective Key Technology,ROCKET,was created through the analysis of the key factors affecting catalyst activity and stability.The highly active RS-2100(NiMo)and RS-2200(CoMo)catalysts with a high cost performance ratio were developed based on ROCKET technology and characterized by high hydrodesulfurization(HDS)activity,excellent stability,low bulk density and low cost.Industrial application results show that the RS-2100 and RS-2200 catalysts are capable of long-term continuous and stable operation for production of ultra-low sulfur diesel(ULSD)meeting NationalⅤemission standard,indicating the strong market competitiveness of the catalysts.
