FeⅡEDTA(/NH4)2SO3溶液吸收脱除NO的工艺研究
STUDY ON NITROGEN OXIDES REMOVAL WITH FeⅡEDTA/(NH4)2SO3 SOLUTION
【摘要】 为研究FeⅡEDTA(/NH4)2SO3溶液吸收脱除NO的效果,考察了吸收脱除过程中(NH4)2SO3浓度、FeⅡEDTA初始浓度、烟气流量、p H、温度、入口NO浓度、φ(O2)等因素的影响。通过设计正交试验,确定主次因素关系和最佳工艺条件。结果表明:各因素对NO吸收脱除效果的影响由大到小的顺序为FeⅡEDTA初始浓度>入口NO浓度>温度>φ(O2)>烟气流量>p H>(NH4)2SO3浓度;FeⅡEDTA(/NH4)2SO3溶液吸收脱除NO的最佳工艺条件为FeIIEDTA初始浓度0.005 mol/L、入口NO浓度1 072 mg/m3、温度30℃、φ(O2)4%、烟气流量800 m L/min、p H=7、(NH4)2SO3浓度0.2 mol/L,此时NO最大脱除率达到92.5%,NO吸收量为3.28 mol/mol。
【Abstract】 The effects of(NH4)2SO3concentration,initial FeⅡEDTA concentration,gas flow rate,p H,temperature,NO concentration,and oxygen concentration in feed gas on NO removal by FeⅡEDTA /(NH4)2SO3solution were investigated. The primary and secondary influence factors and the best process conditions were determined by orthogonal test. The results show that the influence order of different parameters on NO absorption is:the initial FeⅡEDTA concentration > NO concentration in feed > temperature > oxygen concentration > feed gas flow rate > p H value >( NH4)2SO3concentration. The optimum conditions for NO removal by FeⅡEDTA /( NH4)2SO3solution is: the initial FeⅡEDTA concentration of 0. 005 mol / L,NO concentration of 1 072 mg / m3,30 °C,oxygen concentration of 4%,the gas flow rate of 800 m L / min,p H of 7,( NH4)2SO3concentration of0. 2 mol / L. The NO removal rate reaches 92. 5% and the absorption amount of NO is 3. 28 mol / mol under the optimum conditions.
