【摘要】 国家级实验教学平台是高等学校开展创新创业教育的优良载体和基地。结合近年来实践,沈阳农业大学粮食作物生产国家级实验教学粮食作物生产实验教学中心探索并形成"1234"实验教学粮食作物生产实验教学中心共享运行模式:围绕一个中心,建设和完善粮食作物生产国家级实验教学粮食作物生产实验教学中心;实现两个共享,一是硬件资源的共享,二是实验课程的共享;打造三只队伍,一是实验粮食作物生产实验教学中心管理队伍,二是实验粮食作物生产实验教学中心固定人员队伍,三是实验课程师资队伍;实现四个目标,一是实现师资队伍的实验教学水平的提升,二是实现实验教学内容和教学方式的与时俱进和灵活多样,三是通过实验教学实现大学生实践动手能力和创新创业能力的培养,四是实现实验教学粮食作物生产实验教学中心的管理制度化和规范化。实践证明,实验教学效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A state-level experimental teaching platform is an excellent carrier and base for institutions of higher learning to implement the education of innovation and entrepreneurship. On the basis of the practice in recent years the State-level Experimental Teaching Center of Food Crops Production of Shenyang Agricultural University has explored and formed a food-crops-production-oriented experimental teaching center sharing mode, called the "1234" mode, in which "1" refers to constructing and improving one center: the state-level experimental teaching center of food crops production; "2" refers to realizing two sharings: the sharing of hardware resources and that of experimental courses; "3" refers to building three teams: the managemental team of the state-level experimental teaching center of food crops production, the stable staff team of the state-level experimental teaching center of food crops production, and the teaching team of experimental courses; and "4" refers to achieving four goals: the goal of improving the experimental teaching level of the teaching staff, that of the advancement, flexibility and diversity of the experimental teaching content and method, that of the development of college students’ abilities of operation,innovation and entrepreneurship through experimental teaching, and that of the institutionalization and standardization of the management of the state-level experimental teaching center of food crops production. Practice proves that the experimental teaching under such a mode has achieved a good result.更多还原
