【摘要】 目的对比观察改良牙冠延长术与正畸牵引加牙冠延长术对上前牙复杂根折的治疗效果。方法选择2014年6月至2016年6月期间收治的上前牙复杂根折患者82例,采用简单随机分组法分为联合组和改良组各41例,改良组采用改良牙冠延长术治疗,联合组采用正畸牵引加牙冠延长术治疗,术后1个月,对比观察两组治疗效果及治疗满意度。结果两组术后患牙牙周探诊深度(PPD)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙齿松动度(TM)均明显低于术前(P<0.05);两组术后各评定指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。联合组总满意率(95.12%)与改良组(90.24%)相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论改良牙冠延长术与正畸牵引加牙冠延长术在治疗上前牙复杂根折上,均可获得相似的临床疗效,各有其优势及不足,需临床医师根据患者实际情况及实际需求选择合理的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of improved surgical crown lengthening in comparison with orthodontic traction surgical crown lengthening in treatment of tooth root complex folding. Methods A total of 82 patients performed tooth complex folding in this hospital during June 2014 to June 2016 were divided into joint group and improvement group(each group with 41 cases) by simple random grouping method,patients in improved group were performed with modified surgical crown lengthening treatment,and patients in joint group were performed by orthodontic traction surgical crown lengthening treatment,and the curative effects and treatment satisfaction were performed in 1 month after the treatment. Results The postoperative peridontal depth(PPD),gingival index(GI) and degree of teeth mobility(TM) in patients of these 2groups were significantly lower than those before operation(P < 0. 05). The difference in each evaluation index of these 2 groups after treatment was not significant(P > 0. 05). The total satisfaction rate of joint group was 95. 12%,and the satisfaction rate in improved group was 90. 24%(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The modified surgical crown lengthening and orthodontic traction surgical crown lengthening in treatment of dental complex folding can obtain similar clinical efficacy,they all have advantages and disadvantages,hence clinicians should make reasonable plan for the treatment according to the actual situation of patients and make reasonable regimen for treatment according to the actual demands.更多还原
