【摘要】 目的研究改良六手操作对儿童牙体缺损后嵌体修复效果的影响。方法将下颌第一磨牙牙体缺损需要嵌体修复的100例儿童按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例(男、女性各25例)。常规六手组:一名护士配合一名医生四手操作的同时,由巡回护士协助共同完成口腔治疗;改良六手组:一名护士配合一名医生四手操作的同时,巡回护士在协助完成口腔治疗全程中为患儿提供健康教育和心理干预。修复体粘接固位后,比较两组修复体粘接次数和修复体边缘适合性。结果改良六手组修复体粘接次数少于常规六手组,差异有显著性(Z=-4.337,P<0.05);通过复诊时间的观察,修复6个月后和修复18个月后,改良六手组边缘适合性均好于常规六手组,差异均有显著性(χ~2=4.433,14.583,P<0.05)。结论口腔门诊儿童牙体缺损的嵌体修复治疗中,改良六手操作的应用可取得较好临床效果,建议推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the improved six-handed operation on the results of permanent repair after dental defect in children. Methods 100 children who suffered from dental defect in the first mandibular molar in need of inlay restoration were divided,according to the random number table,into two groups with 50 cases in each group( including 25 male ones and 25 female ones). Group One( the regular six-handed operation group) : while one nurse coordinated with one doctor performing the four-handed operation,the circuit nurse assisted to accomplish the oral treatment jointly. Group Two( the improved six-handed group) : while one nurse coordinated with one doctor performing the four-handed operation,the circuit nurse provided the diseased children with health education and psychological intervention in the whole process of assisting to accomplish the oral treatment. After the adhesion and retention of the prostheses,a comparison was made between the two groups of prostheses in adhesion time and edge compatibility. Results The prosthesis adhesion times of the second group are fewer than those of the first group( Z =-4. 337,P < 0. 05). Through the observation during the subsequent visit,the marginal adaptation of the second group is better than that of the first group both six months and eighteen months after the restoration( χ~2= 4. 433 /14. 583,P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the inlay restoration treatment for the dental defect of children in the dental clinic,the application of the improved six-handed operation can achieve better clinical effects and thus its promotion is strongly suggested here.更多还原
