【摘要】 目的研究胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP3)及其比值与生长激素缺乏型矮小症(GHD)的相关性。方法以2014年1月至2015年12月期间儿童内分泌科门诊接诊的120例矮小症患儿为研究对象,激素缺乏的矮小症患儿为观察组,非激素缺乏型的矮小症患儿为对照组。进行生长激素(GH)、IGF-1、IGFBP-3测定。对比分析两组患儿的GH、IGF-1、IGFBP-3以及IGF-1/IGFBP-3值。结果观察组的各项指数结果均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IGF-1和IGFBP-3与GH均呈现正相关;在对GHD的诊断方面,IGF-1、IGFBP-3与IGF-1/IGFBP-3敏感性分别为78.57%、89.29%、93.51%,特异性分别为92.86%、85.71%、100.00%。结论 IGF-1、IGFBP3及IGF-1/IGFBP-3与生长激素缺乏型矮小症之间有密切的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation among insulin-like growth factor 1( IGF 1),insulin-like growth factor binding protein3( IGFBP3) and its ratio with the growth hormone dwarfism( GHD).Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients with dwarfism in clinic of endocrinology in this hospital during January 2014 to December 2015 were allocated as research objects,patients with dwarfism due to hormone deficiency were listed in observation group,and patients with dwarfism due to non-hormone deficiency were listed in control group.Levels of GH,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were detected in all these patients.The levels of GH,IGF 1,IGFBP-3 and ratio of IGF-1 / IGFBP-3 had been compared between patients in these 2 groups.Results The results of these parameters in patients of observation group were significantly lower than those in patients of control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05);levels of GH IGF-1 and IGFBP 3 showed positive correlation.In the diagnosis of patients with hormone deficiency type of dwarfism the sensitivity rates of GHD,IGF-1,IGFBP-3,and ratio of three indicators IGF-1,IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 were 78.57%,89.29% and 93.51% respectively,and the rates of accuracy were 92.86%,85.71% and 100.00% respectively.Conclusion There is close correlation among IGF-1,IGFBP3 and their ratio of IGF-1 / IGFBP-3 with dwarfism due to deficiency of GH.更多还原
