化学沉淀法制备BiVO4光催化剂综合性实验设计

【摘要】 该文介绍了一个BiVO4粉体的制备与表征综合性实验。基于化学沉淀法制备BiVO4光催化剂粉体,对其晶体结构、形貌和粒度分布进行表征,研究了其光催化性能。所制得的样品为单斜白钨矿结构,形貌呈圆球形颗粒,粒度分布均匀,样品对甲基橙的光催化降解符合一级反应动力学规律。实践表明,该实验路线简单易行,制备条件温和,涵盖知识点多,综合了无机化学、材料制备、结构表征和性能检测等基本实验技能,且设备和操作简单,具有良好的教学效果,可作为材料科学与工程专业的综合性实验项目。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced a comprehensive experiment on the preparation and characterization of the BiVO4 powder.BiVO4 photocatalysts powder were prepared by the chemical precipitation method and characterized about their crystal structure,morphology,particle size distribution and photocatalytic activity. The results show that the BiVO4 samples with spherical particles are monoclinic sheelite structure. The particle size distribution is relatively uniform. The photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange over BiVO4 was in accordance with the first order reaction kinetics. This experiment with simple route includes a lot of knowledge and covers many basic experimental skills such as synthesis,structural characterization and performance test. Moreover,it is easy for students to learn and operate,thus it can be applied as a comprehensive experiment of practical teaching course of material science and engineering major.
