基于LTCC工艺的DC-DC变换器设计与制作
The Design and Fabrication of DC-DC Converter Based on LTCC Technology
【摘要】 基于LTCC技术的DC-DC变换器具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高、成本低等特点,该文在LTCC工艺基础上,将DC-DC变换器电路中的电感内埋在LTCC基板中,设计了一款输入电压范围3~6 V,输出电压1.8 V,最大负载电流2 A的DC-DC变换器电路。实践表明,LTCC技术能够将无源器件内埋,可以降低生产成本,提高系统的集成度,是一个最具潜力的混合集成方式。
【Abstract】 The DC-DC converter based on LTCC technology has the characteristics such as small size,light weight,high reliability,and low cost. In this paper,the input voltage range of 3-6 V,the output voltage of 1. 8 V and the maximum load current 2 A is designed. Practice shows that LTCC technology can be buried in passive devices,can reduce production costs and improve system integration,which is one of the most potential hybrid integration.
