【摘要】 围绕本科生能力培养的实践教学,该文提出了本科生团队协同创新能力培养要素概念。通过建立科学分组方法和团队创新能力培养程式,开展了基于实践教学的本科生团队创新能力培养的教学探索。教学效果表明,本科生普遍对团队能力培养较为欢迎,且本次教学探索促进了学生的团队协作能力和创新能力的显促提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practice teaching of undergraduates’ ability cultivation,this paper puts forward the concepts cultivating elements of cooperative innovation ability of undergraduates’ team. Teaching exploration in such ability cultivation based on the practice teaching was carried out by establishing scientific grouping methods and cultivation programs of team innovation ability training program. The teaching effects show that the team ability cultivation mode is generally welcomed by undergraduates,and the teaching exploration promotes significant enchancement of their team collaboration ability as well as innovation ability.更多还原
