【Abstract】 Taking the management of Freezing EM(Electron Microscope)Structure Analysis Laboratory with the biological computing platform in School of Life Sciences at Tsinghua University as a case,the following four sections:present situation of the laboratory,the laboratory system,operation and achievements are introduced,the common problems in the laboratory management and operation are elaborated on,and the effective improvement measures are put forward so as to further improve the availability and utilization ratio of the equipment,provide the effective service for research and teaching,and offer the theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient and orderly laboratory management.更多还原
