SEM在材料力学拉伸实验教学中的应用
Application of SEM to tensile experimental teaching in Material Mechanics
【摘要】 在传统的低碳钢和铸铁拉伸实验的基础上进行改进,在完成拉伸试验之后,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对断口形貌进行微观对比,观察韧性断裂的韧窝形貌以及脆性断裂的微观形貌。加深学生对两种典型材料断裂的微观机理的理解,拓宽学生的视野,培养学生的创新能力。
【Abstract】 Based on the tensile experiment of low-carbon steel and cast iron,the improvement is carried out.After the completion of the tensile experiment,and by using SEM(scanning electron microscope),the micro-contrast is conducted on the fracture morphology to observe the tough-nest morphology of ductile fracture and micro-morphology of brittle fracture,which can help the students to obtain the good understanding of the micro-mechanism of the fracture on the two typical materials,broaden their horizon,and cultivate their innovative ability.
