大尺寸井眼扶正器断裂问题分析与建议

【摘要】 为了解决伊拉克格拉芙项目中多口井出现的井下扶正器断裂问题,以Ga-E33P井为例,介绍了该井的井身结构和地层岩性特征,对事故情况进行了描述,分析了事故产生的原因,即扶正器外径较小,与螺纹牙根直径形成的环形面积较小,但所承受的交变应力很大,从而在一定的弯矩下导致疲劳开裂。建议将φ395.0mm扶正器打捞颈外径及外螺纹大钳处外径从203.2 mm增大至210.0或215.9 mm,扣型不变;工具每次入井前和使用一段时间后,都应严格地进行探伤检测,排除工具质量缺陷,确保安全。所得结论可为该区块的安全钻进提供指导。

【Abstract】 To address the broken-off of downhole stabilizer in many wells in the projectof Iraq Graf,the well configuration and stratum lithology characteristics of the example Well Ga-E33 P have been introduced.The accident situation has been described and the cause has been analyzed,that is,the smaller diameter of the stabilizer forms a smaller ring area withthe root diameter of the thread and consequently resulting a great alternating stress,leading tofatigue cracking under a certain bending moment.It is recommended to increase the outer diameter of theφ395.0 mm stabilizer fishing neck diameter and the outer diameter of the external thread from 203.2 mm to 210.0or 215.9 mm,and the thread type remains unchanged.The defects detection of the tool should be strictly applied before run in hole and after use for a certain time to exclude defects in quality and to ensure safety.The study could provide guidance for the safe drilling in the target block.
