绣球菌菌丝体多糖的抗氧化活性

【摘要】 考察了绣球菌(Sparassis crispa)菌丝体多糖体外对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子的清除能力和铁氰化钾的还原力及在转基因斑马鱼体内的抗氧化活性。结果表明:绣球菌菌丝体多糖体外对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子均具有一定的清除作用,其中对羟基自由基的清除能力与相同浓度的维生素C相当;对超氧阴离子的清除能力稍弱于维生素C;对DPPH自由基清除能力和对铁氰化钾的还原能力明显弱于维生素C。在转基因斑马鱼体内,绣球菌菌丝体多糖在作用浓度为50、100、150μg/mL时的抗氧化率分别为29.3%、48.4%和54.1%。

【Abstract】 A polysaccharide fraction extracted from Sparassis crispa mycelium was tested for DPPH-,hydroxyl-and superoxide anion-radical scavenging activity,reducing power and antioxidant activity in transgenic zebra fish. Hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities of the polysaccharide were comparable to vitamin C,whereas DPPH radical scavenging effects and reducing power were not as strong.Antioxidant rates of 29.3%,48.4% and 50.1%,respectively were recorded when transgenic zebra fish containing green fluorescent protein were treated in vivo with 50,100 and 150μg/mL polysaccharide.
