【摘要】 目的:观察火针疗法在治疗玫瑰痤疮中的临床疗效。方法:选择40例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象并口服中药治疗,面部左侧皮损采用火针治疗,1次/周,同时外用百多邦,2次/d;面部右侧皮损单用百多邦。疗程4周。比较患者双侧面部治疗效果。结果:火针治疗侧有效率为100%,对照侧为62.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of fire needle therapy in the treatment of rosacea. Methods: Forty cases of acne rosacea patients were selected as a research object and they were treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine, the facial lesions on the left side of the face skin were treated with fire needle therapy once a week and baiduobang twice a day, while meanwhile the facial lesions on the right side of the face skin with baiduobang only. The course of treatment was lasted for 4 weeks. The effects of bilateral facial treatment were compared. Results: The efficiency was 100% in fire needle treatment versus 62.5% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The fire acupuncture for the treatment of rosacea possesses satisfactory efficacy.更多还原
