成型方式对铜基金属有机骨架材料甲烷吸附性能的影响

【摘要】 采用磁力搅拌法快速合成了HKUST-1型铜基金属有机骨架材料,对HKUST-1粉末试样A进行挤条成型和离心抛丸成型处理,考察了不同试样对甲烷吸附能力的影响。采用XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附等方法对试样的晶体结构和微孔结构进行了表征。表征结果显示,离心抛丸成型试样C中较多地保留了HKUST-1晶体结构特点和微孔结构特点,挤条成型试样B中HKUST-1的微孔结构破损程度高于试样C。实验结果表明,在25℃、3.5 MPa时,试样A、B和C的甲烷吸附量分别为215,63,130 cm3/g;在黏合剂种类和用量相同的条件下,试样B的理化性质低于试样C,说明成型方式是造成HKUST-1粉末成形体间差异的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Cu-based metal-organic framework HKUST-1 was prepared by magnetic stirring method. The resulting HKUST-1 powders A were molded by extrusion and centrifugal granulation. The effects of different samples on CH4 uptake were investigated. The crystal structure and microstructure of different samples were analyzed by XRD,TEM and N2 adsorption desorption. The results showed that more crystal structure and microstructure were preserved in centrifugal granulation sample C. Damaged microstructure of HKUST-1 in extrusion sample B was higher than sample C. Experimental results showed that CH4 uptakes of the sample A,B and C were 215,63,130 cm3/g,respectively. With the same binding agent and dosage,the physicochemaical properties of sample B was lower than that of sample C,which can be explained by the reason that molding method was causing the difference between the molded bodies from HKUST-1 powders.
