甲状腺癌中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65的表达及其与临床特征的关系
Expression of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in Thyroid Carcinoma and Its Relationship with Clinical Features
【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺癌组织中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65的表达及其与临床特征的关系。方法选取73例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组化SP法检测所有患者甲状腺癌组织的NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果 (1)NF-κB p50表达阳性组与NF-κB p50表达阴性组之间性别、年龄、病理类型相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NF-κB p50表达阳性组肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移显著高于NF-κB p50表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)NF-κB p65表达阳性组与NF-κB p65表达阴性组之间性别、年龄、病理类型相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NF-κB p65表达阳性组肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移显著高于NF-κB p65表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)甲状腺癌组织表达NF-κB p50与NF-κB p65呈显著正相关(γs=0.653,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌组织表达NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移密切相关,两者可能在甲状腺癌发生发展、淋巴结转移过程中发挥协同作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with clinical features. Methods 73 cases of thyroid carcinoma were selected,and the expressions of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in all thyroid cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method,and the relationship between expressions of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results(1)There were no significant differences in the gender,age and pathological type between NF-κB p50 positive-expression group and NF-κB p50 negative-expression group( P >0. 05),the tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis of NF-κB p50 positive-expression group were significantly higher than those of NF-κB p50 negative-expression group,respectively( P < 0. 05).(2)There were no significant differences in the gender,age and pathological type between NF-κB p65 positive-expression group and NF-κB p65 negative-expression group( P > 0. 05),the tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis of NF-κB p65 positive-expression group were significantly higher than those of NF-κB p65 negative-expression group,respectively( P < 0. 05).(3)The expression of NF-κB p50 was positively correlated with NF-κB p65 in thyroid carcinoma tissues( γs = 0. 653,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in thyroid cancer tissues is closely related to tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis,and both of them may play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer,as well as lymph node metastasis.
