【摘要】 目的观察与分析眼动脉介入化疗治疗眼内晚期视网膜母细胞瘤的临床效果。方法选取60例(80眼)眼内晚期视网膜母细胞瘤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(常规治疗组)(30例)(40眼)和观察组(眼动脉介入化疗组)(30例)(40眼),比较两组不同分期患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后不同时间的瘤体最大直径、瘤体厚度、血清相关指标。结果观察组中不同分期患者临床总有效率均高于对照组,治疗后不同时间的瘤体最大直径、瘤体厚度、血清相关指标均低于对照组,P均<0.05,两组差异均有统计学意义。结论眼动脉介入化疗治疗眼内晚期视网膜母细胞瘤的临床效果较好,对于疾病各个方面的控制均有更好的作用,因此在本类患者中的应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with intraocular advanced retinoblastoma. Methods 60 patients( 80 eyes) with intraocular advanced retinoblastoma were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group( conventional treatment group) 30 cases( 40 eyes) and the observation group( ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy) 30 cases( 40 eyes) according to the differences of treatment methods,then the total clinical effective rates of different stages,tumor maximum diameter,tumor thickness,serum related indexes at different time before and after the treatment of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rates of the observation group with different stages were all higher than those of the control group,the tumor maximum diameter,tumor thickness,serum related indexes at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of the control group,all P < 0. 05,the differences of the 2 groups were all significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with intraocular advanced retinoblastoma is better,and its control role for all aspects of disease is better,so its application value is higher.更多还原
