【摘要】 目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合铂类和吉西他滨治疗三阴乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法选择三阴乳腺癌患者46例。按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各23例。对照组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗方案治疗:吉西他滨1250 mg/m~2,静脉滴注30 min,第1、8 d;顺铂25 mg/m~2,静脉滴注,第1~3 d,21 d 1个周期。观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液(岩舒)20 ml加生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,连用10 d。治疗2个周期对化疗效果进行评价。结果观察组RR为52.2%,DCR为82.6%,对照组RR为30.4%,DCR为56.5%,2组RR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),DCR有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量改善率为69.6%,对照组生活质量改善率为43.5%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞降低、血小板降低、恶性呕吐、腹泻、谷丙转氨酶升高的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合铂类和吉西他滨治疗三阴乳腺癌疗效显著,副作用小,可明显改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound Kushen injection combined with platinum and gemcitabine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer. Methods 46 cases of triple-negative breast cancer,according to the random number method,were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 23 cases. The control group was treated with gemcitabine plus cisplatin chemotherapy regimen: Gemcitabine 1 250 mg / m~2,intravenous infusion of 30 min,1st and8 th d,cisplatin 25 mg / m~2,intravenous infusion,1 ~ 3 d,21 d a cycle. The observation group on the basis of the control group were treated with compound matrine injection( Yanshu) 20 ml plus saline 250 ml intravenous drip,1 times / d,10 d. Evaluation of the effect of 2 cycles of treatment on chemotherapy were conducted. Leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and elevated alanine aminotransferase in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compound Kushen injection combined with platinum and gemcitabine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer have obvious curative effect and little side effects,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
