【摘要】 目的:观察自拟柴胡消溃汤联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效以及对患者血清标志物表达水平的影响。方法:78例患者纳入本次观察研究,将其随机均分为对照组与联合组,对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联合自拟柴胡消溃汤进行治疗,治疗1疗程后评估并对比两组临床疗效,统计两组疼痛及主要临床症状消失时间,检测两组患者血清中胃泌素、EGF(表皮生长因子)、TGF-α(转化生长因子-α)的表达水平并进行对比。结果:联合组临床治愈率为84.62%,总有效率为97.44%;对照组临床治愈率为64.10%,总有效率为87.18%;联合组临床疗效评估结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组疼痛与症状消失时间统计结果均少于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组EGF、TGF-α、胃泌素水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡消溃汤联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡疗效理想,可缩短疼痛与主要症状消失的时间,改善EGF、TGF-α与胃泌素表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Xiaokui decoction combined with expression level.Methods:78 patients were enrolled in this study,they were randomly divided into control group and combination group,the control group received pantoprazole treatment group in the control group based on the combination of Chaihu Xiaokui decoction,after treatment to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy,two groups of pain and the main clinical symptoms disappeared time,detection of gastrin and EGF in serum of patients with two groups(epidermal growth factor),TGF-(transforming growth factor alpha alpha)expression level in contrast.Results:The clinical cure rate of the combined group was 84.62%,the total effective rate was 97.44%,the clinical cure rate of the control group was 64.10%,the total effective rate was 87.18%,and the clinical curative effect of the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The statistical results of pain and symptom disappearance time in the combined group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EGF,TGF-and gastrin in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Xiaokui decoction combined with ideal ulcer pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer,can reduce pain and symptoms disappear time,improve EGF,TGF-alpha and gastrin expression level.更多还原
