【摘要】 目的:研究舒通片对偏头痛模型大鼠的作用及镇痛作用。方法:采用皮下注射硝酸甘油复制大鼠偏头痛模型,采用时间分段计数法持续观察造模后大鼠耳红、挠头等行为学变化情况,酶免法测定各组大鼠血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)和组织胺(Histamine)含量;镇痛作用采用小鼠扭体法。结果:舒通片2.4g/kg和1.2g/kg组大鼠耳红消失时间显著缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05);舒通片各剂量组在30~120 min不能有效降低模型大鼠挠头次数(P>0.05),对外周血5-HT含量、组胺和去甲肾上腺素无明显影响(P>0.05),舒通片3.6g/kg、1.8g/kg可明显减少小鼠扭体次数,表明舒通片有明显的镇痛作用。结论:舒通片能使大鼠耳红消失时间显著缩短,减少小鼠扭体次数,具有明显镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Shu Tong tablet on migraine model rats.Methods:The rats model of migraine were contructed by injected with nitroglycerin subcutaneously.The behavioral changes of rats,such as redding ear and scratching head,were continuous observed by time segment counting method.The serum serotonin(serotonin)5-HT,norepinephrine(NA)and histamine(Histamine)content were detected through enzymelinked immunoassay,analgesic effect were analysed by mouse writhing method.Results:The time of redding ear was significantly shortened in 2.4g/kg and 1.2g/kg(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Shu Tong tablet,in anyone dose,could not effectively reduce the frequency of scratching head in 30~120min(P>0.05).Shu tong table was no significant effect on the content of 5-HT,histamine and norepinephrine in peripheral blood in all groups(P> 0.05).The dose of 3.6g/kg and 1.8g/kg were significantly decreased the frequency of writhing,which show Shu Tong table has obvious analgesic effect.Conclusion:Shu Tong tablet can significantly reduce the time of rat redding ear,reduce the frequency of writhing,with significant analgesic effect.更多还原
