【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同产地松香药材中的松香酸含量,为松香药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Akasil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸溶液(72∶15∶13);检测波长为241nm;流速为1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:建立了松香中松香酸的提取方法和HPLC含量测定方法。10批松香中松香酸含量范围1.12%~81.35%。结论:市售不同产地松香药材中松香酸量差异较大,提示药材质量参差不齐,亟需质量规范和控制。本研究建立的方法结果准确,稳定性好,简便易行,可用于松香药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of abietic acid in rosin from different habitats.Methods:The HPLC method was applied.The determination was performed on Akasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% Glacial acetic acid(72∶15∶13)at 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 241 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μl.Results:The HPLC method to determine the abietic acid content of rosin was established.The ranges of abietic acid content among different samples was 1.12% ~81.35%.Conclusion:The abietic acid content of the marketed rosin from different habitats differed obviously,which suggested the quality of commercial rosin is not coincident and needs to be controlled urgently.The established methods are accurate,stable and simple with good feasibility,which suitable for the quality control of rosin.更多还原
