【摘要】 目的:观察益肾补骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床疗效。方法:抽签随机法将62例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者均分为研究组和对照组,对照组行椎体成形术,研究组另联合益肾补骨汤,观察两组治疗后骨折恢复情况[骨密度、Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数]、VAS疼痛评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果:与治疗前相较,两组骨密度显著增大,Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数显著减小,VAS疼痛评分显著降低;治疗后与对照组相较,研究组骨密度增大显著,Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数减小显著,VAS疼痛评分降低显著,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾补骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折有显著临床疗效,有效促进骨折愈合并减轻术后疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yishen Bugu decoction combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods:Sixty-two patients with elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomized into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with vertebroplasty,while the study group was additionally treated with Yishen Bugu decoction.The fracture recovery(bone mineral density,Cobb angle,Oswestry dysfunction index),VAS pain scores and incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,BMD of the two groupsincreased significantly,while Cobb angle,Oswestry disability index and VAS pain scores decreased significantly.Compared with the control group after treatment,BMD in the study group was significantly higher while Cobb angle,Oswestry disability index and VAS pain score were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Bugu decoction combined with vertebroplasty is significantly effective in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.It can effectively promote fracture healing and reduce postoperative pain.更多还原
