探讨AQP1、AQP3及IL-1β在膝关节炎滑膜中的表达及意义
Investigate the expression and significance of AQP1,AQP3 and IL-1 beta in synovial arthritis of the knee
【摘要】 目的:探讨水通道蛋白l(AQP1)、水通道蛋白3(AQP3)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)在膝关节炎滑膜组织中的表达意义及与膝关节滑膜炎症的关系。方法:选取收治的80例膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学法检测患者关节滑膜阻滞中AQP1、AQP3以及IL-1β的表达水平,并采用双盲法测定累积光密度,分析各因子表达水平之间的相关性以及临床意义。结果:不同病情程度的滑膜炎患者AQP1、AQP3及IL-1β指标比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),并且随着病情的加重,AQP1、AQP3及IL-1β指标均呈上升趋势;相关性分析结果显示AQP1、AQP3及IL-1β与滑膜炎症程度分度呈正相关性(P<0.05),AQP1表达与IL-1β表达呈正相关(P<0.05),AQP3表达与IL-1β表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:AQP1、AQP3及IL-1β在滑膜炎的发生发展过程中具有重要的应用,但其具体的临床病理机制仍需进一步深入研究。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the water channel protein L(AQP1),aquaporin 3(AQP3)and interleukin-1(IL-1)expression in synovium of knee osteoarthritis in the knee joint synovitis and relationship with disease.Methods:80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research object,using immunohistochemical method to detect AQP1 in patients with synovial block.Results:Synovitis in patients with AQP1,AQP3 and IL-1 beta index is a significant difference(P<0.05),and with the aggravation of the disease,AQP1,AQP3 and IL-1 increased beta index;correlation analysis showed that AQP1,AQP3 and IL-1 beta and the degree of synovitis of indexing was positively correlated(r=0.991,0.998,0.997 P<0.05).Conclusion:AQP1,AQP3 and IL-1 play an important role in the occurrence and development of synovitis,but the specific clinical and pathological mechanisms still need further study.
