【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈癌预后的影响因素。方法:收集初发初治宫颈癌患者538例。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析生存时间,应用Log-rank法进行组别间生存率差异检验,采用OR值对各因素间进行危险度分析。结果:年龄、临床分期、组织学类型、病理分化程度、肿块大小、淋巴结转移的预后生存指标。宫颈癌患者>35岁的死亡风险为≤35岁的死亡风险的2.36倍。以FIGO I期患者的死亡风险为1,则II期、III期、IV期的死亡风险分别为I期的4倍、6.2倍、11.2倍;以鳞癌的死亡风险为1,则腺癌、其余类型的死亡风险分别为鳞癌的2.4倍、2.5倍;以高分化患者的死亡风险为1,则中、低分化的死亡风险分别为高分化的2.2倍、3.4倍;有淋巴结转移的死亡风险为无淋巴结转移的的8.3倍。结论:年龄、临床分期、组织学类型、病理分化程度、淋巴结转移是宫颈癌的独立预后因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To assess prognostic factors which have an impact on overall survival in Patients with cervical cancer.Methods:538 patients cervical cancer were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results:.The Prognostic factors of cervical cancer were related to age,FIGO stage,histologic type,pathological differential grade and lymphatic metastasis.The patient with age greater than or equal 35 had 2.36 times higher risk of mortality than patients with age less than 35;The risk of mortality according to FIGO stage was 4 for FIGOII,6.4 for FIGOIII,11.2 for FIGOIV;in comparison with FIGOI;The risk of mortality according to Squamous was 2.4 for Adenocarcinoma,2.5 for others;The risk of mortality according to pathological grade was 2.2 for gradeII,3.4 for gradeIII,in comparison with gradeI;The patient with lymphatic metastasis had 8.3 times higher risk of mortality than patients no lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion:Age,FIGO stage,histologic type,pathological differential grade and lymphatic metastasis are the major independent prognostic factors of cervical cancer.Therefore,improving the earlier diagnosis to give the earlier treatment are the key point to improve the survival rates of cervical cancer.Regular,sufficient cycles and timely assistant chemotherapy are the necessary measures to improve the survival rates of cervical cancer.更多还原
