【摘要】 目的探讨输注新鲜冰冻血浆对晚期肝细胞癌患者的临床疗效。方法统计我院2013年1月至2015年1月的晚期肝细胞癌患者共125例,分为血浆组(92例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予内科常规治疗和介入治疗,血浆组患者在进行内科常规治疗和介入治疗的同时对其进行血浆输注辅助治疗,血浆输注隔天1次,每次200~400mL,持续输注2周,检测2组患者治疗后肝功能、彩色多普勒超声检查腹腔积液深度等指标的变化,同时评估患者焦虑、疼痛评分。结果血浆组患者治疗14d后丙氨酸转氨酸、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素较对照组均降低(P<0.05),白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、凝血酶原活动度较对照组均明显升高(P<0.05)。Child-Pugh肝功能评级较对照组明显好转(P<0.05),同时患者焦虑程度和疼痛程度得到缓解。结论对晚期肝癌患者输注新鲜冰冻血浆可显著改善患者肝功能及临床体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of fresh frozen plasma transfusion on patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with advanced HCC in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2013 to January 2015 were analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups.Thirty-three patients who were treated with conventional treatment and transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization(TACE)were assigned to the control group.Ninety-two patients who were treated with conventional treatment,TACE and fresh frozen plasma transfusion were assigned to the plasma group.The fresh frozen plasma transfusion were performed once in two days,200-400 mL each time for two weeks.The liver function indexes,ascites,anxious status and pain score were analyzed after two weeks treatment.Results The ALT,AST and total bilirubin in plasma group were decreased as compared with the control group.However,the plasma albumin,CHE,and prothrombin activity were increased.The liver function in the plasma group were improved.Moreover,the anxiety and pain were significantly relieved.Conclusion Fresh frozen plasma transfusion in the patients with advanced HCC could significantly improve liver function and clinical experience.更多还原
