守口堡水库大坝胶凝砂砾石垫层接触面抗剪强度试验及分析

【摘要】 胶凝砂砾石坝是在面板坝和碾压混凝土重力坝基础上发展起来的一种新坝型,大同市守口堡水库大坝是国内首次在永久工程中应用胶凝砂砾石材料筑坝技术的工程实例。为满足设计技术要求,进行了坝基混凝土垫层与第一层胶凝砂砾石垫层接触面及两层胶凝砂砾石垫层接触面之间的饱和抗剪断和纯摩试验,并提出相应的抗剪强度参数。结果表明:试件龄期及其浇筑质量对抗剪强度参数影响显著,建议加强胶凝砂砾石运输、浇筑等关键环节的质量控制,防止骨料产生分离,保证大坝坝体具有可靠的抗剪强度。

【Abstract】 The cemented sand and gravel dam is a new dam type developed on the basis of the face slab dam and RCC gravity dam. The Shoukoubu Reservoir’s dam is an actual engineering example,in which the technique of cemented sand and gravel dam is used in the first time in the permanent project of our county. In order to meet the technical design requirements,the saturated shear and pure friction tests have conducted on the contact surface between the concrete cushion of dam foundation and the first layer cushion of cemented sand and gravel,and on the contact surface between two layer cushions of cemented sand and gravel,in addition the corresponding shear strength parameters have been put forward. The results show that the age of the specimen and its pouring quality make the significant effect on the shear stength parameters. Besides,in order to ensure the result that the dam body has a reliable shear strength,the paper suggests that the quality control in some key links such as transporting and pouring cemented sand and gravel,etc must be strengthened to prevent aggregate unmixing.
