【Abstract】 Teaching should become a moral cause. Teachers ought to strive to become conscious educators. As a component of conscious educators,teachers’ morality is not only the premise of teaching work,but also a kind of educational resources. In addition to improving the whole educational ecology,teachers’ morality depends mainly on the rational consciousness of teachers themselves.
