电动汽车串联锂电池组建模与分析
Modeling and Analysis of Series Lithium Batteries Pack for Electric Vehicle
【摘要】 动力电池技术是电动汽车的核心技术,而电池模型能反映电池的外特性,对动力电池的研究起着重要的作用。首先介绍了锂电池模型,包括PNGV模型的选取,模型参数辨识和模型仿真验证三个方面。在锂电池模型的基础上,搭建串联锂电池组模型。考虑到单体锂电池在电压、容量、荷电状态等参数上的差异,运用电池筛选技术和数理统计的方法对串联锂电池组模型进行简化,通过仿真拟合得到模型开路电压、欧姆内阻、时间常数等参数的非线性规律,为电动汽车动力电池组不一致性分析及电池成组技术的研究提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 Power battery technology is the core technology of electric vehicles,and the battery model reflects the external characteristics of the battery,which plays an important role in the research of power battery.This paper introduces the model of lithium battery,including the selection of PNGV model,model parameter identification and model simulation verification.Based on lithium battery model,the series lithium battery pack model is built.The method of battery screening and mathematical statistics is used to simplify the model of series lithium battery pack model,and nonlinear regularities of parameters such as open circuit voltage,ohm internal resistance and time constant are obtained by simulation,considering the difference in voltage,capacity,and state of charge in lithium battery model,which provides a theoretical basis for study of the inconsistency of the power battery and the research of the battery group technology.
