煤矿液压支架液压系统污染故障分析

【摘要】 煤矿液压支架从加工制造、组装、运输到矿井调试、安装、使用、检修、回撤大修等过程中都会由于各种原因造成支架液压系统的污染,从而大大降低支架使用的寿命,影响煤矿高产高效的建设。了解其污染原因,便可防微杜渐,延长支架的检修周期和使用寿命,对实现矿井安全高产高效起到重要积极的作用。

【Abstract】 In the process from hydraulic supports’ manufacture,assembly and transportation to commissioning,installation,use and maintenance in coal mine,the hydraulic system of the support was contaminated for various reasons,which greatly reduces the service life of the support and influences the high yield and high efficiency construction of the coal mine.Prolonging the repair cycle and service life of the support plays an important role in realizing the safety high-production and highefficiency of the coal mine.
