【摘要】 试验利用高效液相色谱法测定不同月份中国沙棘叶中芦丁含量,所用色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(33∶67),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温是30℃。结果表明,中国沙棘(♂)叶中芦丁含量在4—10月依次为0.317 2,0.492 2,0.424 1,0.896 9,0.980 6,0.386 9,1.461 6 mg/g;中国沙棘(♀)叶中芦丁含量在4—10月依次为0.441 5,0.531 9,0.730 0,0.933 9,1.361 1,0.877 9 mg/g。由于芦丁药用价值较高,故可为沙棘叶的进一步有效开发和利用提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of rutin in Chinese seabuckthorn leaves of different month was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18column(150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(33∶67), and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed that the content of rutin in the leaves of Chinese seabuckthorn(♂)was in the order of(mg/g)from April to October: 0.317 2, 0.492 2, 0.424 1, 0.896 9, 0.980 6, 0.386 9, 1.461 6, respectively. The rutin content in the leaves of Chinese seabuckthorn(♀)was in the order of(mg/g)from April to October: 0.441 5, 0.531 9, 0.730 0, 0.933 9, 1.361 1, 0.877 9, respectively.As the medicinal value of rutin is higher, it can provide the basis for the further development and utilization of sea buckthorn leaves.更多还原
