【摘要】 近年来,新疆涌现出一批各类型的农民专业合作社,已成为现代农业发展的引领力量。开展合作社运行绩效评价,对于规范提升合作社发展,使其在新型农业经营主体中发挥更大的作用具有一定现实意义。运用数据包络分析法,对2014年新疆13个地州的合作社运行效率、规模收益、投入产出冗余等方面进行了评价。结果表明,整体效率较好,只有4个地州的技术效率无效;提出推进合作社示范社建设、加大财政支持力度、创新金融扶持方式、加强合作社规范化发展以及品牌化经营等方面的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,X injiang sprung up a group of various types of farmers specialty cooperative organization,which became the leading force of modern agricultural development.To carry out the cooperative operation performance evaluation,promotion to the standard,development in the new play a greater role in new-style agricultural management entities had a certain practical significance.This paper by using DEA method analyzed the cooperative efficiency of 13 Xinjiang regional in 2014 from efficiency,return to scale,input and output redundancy,etc.The results showed that the overall efficiency was good,only 4 regionals were null and void.The paper put forward suggestions in promoting cooperative demonstration construction,increaseing financial support,innovativing financial support,strengthening the cooperative standardization development and branding management aspects.更多还原
