沙棘叶科罗索酸浓缩物的毒理学研究
Toxicologic Study on Corosolic Acid Concentrations of Seabuckthorn Leaves
【摘要】 按照食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法对沙棘叶科罗索酸浓缩物进行了小鼠急性经口毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,沙棘叶浓缩物对雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于15 g/kg,为无毒级物质;小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验结果表明,该检品未呈现有致突变性。通过食品安全性毒理学评价,不仅可为沙棘叶浓缩物可食性提供理论依据,也会对整个沙棘叶的开发起到积极的推动作用。
【Abstract】 The acute oral toxicity,mcronucleus test of bone marrow and sperm shape abnormalily test in mice was applid on corosdic acid concentrations of seabuckthorn leaves according to the evaluation processes and methods of food safety toxicdcgy.The acute oral toxicity showed the maximum tderated dosesea(MTD) of seabuckthorn leaves concentrations through the mouth of mice was greater than 15 g/kg,indicating the seabuckthorn leaves concentrations had no toxic.The mcronucleus test and sperm shape abnormalily test demonstrated that the examined sample didn’t presented mutagennicity.On the basis of the evaluation processes and methods of food safety toxicdcgy,this study not only provided theoretical basis for edibility of seabuckthorn leaves concentrations,but promoted the seabuckthorn leaves expldtation actively.
