气相色谱法测定红花软胶囊中亚油酸的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立红花软胶囊中亚油酸含量的检测方法。方法:色谱柱为固定液88%二氰丙基聚硅氧烷(60 m×0.25 mm,0.20μm),检测器为氢焰离子化检测器,检测器温度280℃,进样口温度250℃,柱温控制采用程序升温,以140℃为起始柱温,保持5 min,以4℃/min升温至240℃,保持15 min。载气为氮气,载气流速:1.0 m L/min,分流比为30∶1。结果:用亚油酸甲酯作对照,其线性范围0.270 5~5.403 3 mg/m L,γ=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.02%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏高、重现性好,可用于红花软胶囊中亚油酸含量的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the gas chromatograph method for quantitative determinate of linoleic acid in safflower soft caplsule.Methods:A column of 88% two cyanopropyl polysiloxane(60 m×0.25 mm,0.20 μm) was used.The FID was used as a detector,the temperature of the detector was 280 ℃. The injection port temperature was 250 ℃. The column temperature was controlled by temperature programming to 140 ℃ as a starting column,holded 5 min,with 4 ℃/min heated to 240 ℃,holded 15 min,nitrogen was used an carrier gas,the flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,the splitting ratio was 30 ∶ 1. Results:The linear range of linoleum acid was 0.270 5 ~ 5.4033 mg/m L(r = 0.999 8),the average recovery was 97.02%(RSD = 1. 3%,n = 9).Conclusion:This GC method was accurate,sensitive and reproducible for the determination of safflower linoleic acid content in soft capsules.
