蒸汽相体系下合成SAPO-34分子筛及其MTO催化性能
Synthesis of SAPO-34 Molecular Sieve by Vapor-Phase Transport and Its Catalytic Performance in Methanol to Olefin(MTO)Reaction
【摘要】 分别采用TEA(三乙胺)、DEA(二乙胺)、TEAOH(四乙基氢氧化铵)、MOR(吗啉)中的1种或2种有机胺作为模板剂,在蒸汽相体系下均可合成纯相的SAPO-34分子筛,通过XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、BET、XRF等手段对产物进行表征。结果表明,与水热法合成的样品HTS-SAPO-34进行对比,蒸汽相条件下的产物DGC-SAPO-34结晶度提高,粒径变小,酸强度减弱,将其用于甲醇制烯烃(MTO)催化反应时寿命可延长9.85%96.4%,双烯(乙烯+丙烯)选择性提高0.81%4.93%;在蒸汽相、双模板合成SAPO-34分子筛时,TEAOH部分添加既可以有效地调控产物的晶粒大小,又能充分调变酸分布,其MTO催化性能相比单一模板(TEAOH除外)所合成样品有显著的提高,该方法有利于保持较高性能,同时降低合成成本,具有重要的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 Under the vapor-phase transport condition,SAPO-34 molecular sieve had been successfully synthesized with one or two of the organic amines such as TEA(triethylamine),DEA(diethylamine),TEAOH(tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide),MOR(morpholine)as the template agent.The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD,BET,XRF.Compared with the sample HTS-SAPO-34,DGC-SAPO-34 possessed higher crystallinity,smaller size,weaker acidity;in addition,it extended the lifetime by 9.85%-96.4%,increased selectivity sum of ethylene and propylene by 0.81%-4.93%in methanol to olefin(MTO)reaction.Under the vapor-phase transport condition and the double template synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve,TEAOH could effectively control the sample size and the acid distribution.Its MTO catalyst performance significantly improved as compared with all samples of single template(except TEAOH).This method could reduce the cost while maintaining excellent catalytic performance,so it could have an important practical application value.
