[C4mim]Br/ZnCl2离子液体脱除油品中的氮化物
Removal of Nitrogen Compounds From Fuel Oil With [C4mim]Br/ZnCl2 Ionic Liquid
【摘要】 合成金属基离子液体[C4mim]Br/ZnCl2,采用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱表征其结构,并对该离子液体的酸性特征及热稳定性进行考察。分别采用喹啉模型油和吲哚模型油考察该离子液体的脱氮性能,在萃取温度40℃、剂/油质量比1/7、萃取时间30min、沉降时间2h的条件下,离子液体[C4mim]Br/ZnCl2对喹啉和吲哚的脱除率分别为99.42%、82.19%。且该离子液体经回收重复使用5次后,碱氮脱除率仍能达到93.93%。在萃取温度40℃、萃取时间30min、沉降时间2h、剂/油质量比1/1的条件下,离子液体[C4mim]Br/ZnCl2对抚顺页岩油柴油中氮化物也具有一定的脱除效果,总氮和碱氮脱除率分别可达77%、88%。
【Abstract】 Metal-based ionic liquid [C4mim]Br/ZnCl2 was synthesized,its structure was characterized with FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H NMR,and its acidity and thermal stability were also investigated.Denitrogenation performance of [C4mim]Br/ZnCl2 was studied with model oil containing quinoline or indole.Experiment results showed that the removal efficiencies of quinoline and indole were 99.42%,82.19%,respectively,under the operation conditions with temperature of 40℃,m(IL)/m(Oil)=1/7,extraction time of 30 min and settling time of 2 h.The basic nitrogen denitrogenation efficiency can still reach 93.93%even after five recycles of the ionic liquid.Moreover,nitrogen compounds contained in Fushun shale diesel distillate can also be removed effectively by [C4mim]Br/ZnCl2,under the operation conditions with temperature of 40℃,m(IL)/m(Oil)=1/1,extraction time of 30 min and settling time of 2 h;in this case,the total N-and basic N-removal efficiency can reach 77% and 88%respectively.
