陶瓷研磨体对矿渣粉磨性能影响的研究
Influence of Ceramic Grinding Medium to Grinding Performance of Slag
【摘要】 分别以陶瓷研磨体和金属研磨体进行了矿渣的粉磨试验。试验结果表明,在相近的试验条件下,陶瓷研磨体比金属研磨体磨制的矿渣微粉的细度高,粒度分布范围窄,颗粒大小均匀,颗粒圆形度高,颗粒群更加符合Rosin-Rammler分布,并且陶瓷研磨体磨制矿渣微粉的7 d和28 d活性高。
【Abstract】 This paper studies slag grinding with the ceramic grinding medium and the metal grinding medium. It shows that,under the similar experimental conditions,with the former medium,the fineness is higher,that the particle size distribution is narrow,that the particle sizes are uniform,that the particle roundness is higher,that the particle swarm more corresponds the Rosin- Rammler distribution and that the 7 d and 28 d activity is higher.
