【摘要】 [目的]评价家庭管理干预对0岁~6岁癫痫患儿家庭功能的影响。[方法]随机抽取我院2015年4月1日—11月30日住院的0岁~6岁癫痫患儿家庭92个作为研究对象,神经内一科收治的癫痫患儿家庭设为对照组,神经内二科收治的癫痫患儿家庭设为干预组,两组患儿均于入院诊断为癫痫,24h内由调查员发放家庭功能评定表进行基线调查,对照组接受常规治疗、护理和健康教育;干预组除接受常规治疗、护理和健康教育外,由研究者实施家庭管理干预。两组患儿均于出院3个月回院复查时由调查员再次发放家庭功能评定表进行再调查,评价癫痫患儿家庭功能的干预效果。[结果]干预前两组患儿家庭功能总分均较高,分别为(155.44±9.09)分、(154.28±8.02)分,干预后干预组患儿家庭功能总分为(145.94±6.90)分,优于对照组(155.16分±9.47分),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭管理干预可以有效改善0岁~6岁癫痫患儿的家庭功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To evaluate the influence of family management intervention on family function of epilepsy children aged 0to 6years.Methods:A total of 92 epilepsy children aged 0 to 6 years in our hospital from April 1,2015 to November 30.The families of children with epilepsy in first neurology department were set as control group and those in second neurology department were taken as to intervention group.Two groups of children were diagnosed as epilepsy when admlssion.Within 24 hFAD was provided by the investigators to assess the baseline survey.The patients in control group received conventional treatment,nursing and health education and in addition to routine treatment,nursing and health education,the patients in intervention group carried out family management intervention.Two groups of children were discharged from the hospital and were back to the hospital after 3 months by the investigators to issue a family function assessment form for reevaluation and evaluate the influence of family management intervention.Results:The scores of family function were higher in the two groups before intervention:(155.44±9.09)、(154.28±8.02),respectively.After intervention,The total score of family function of in children in intervention group was(145.94±6.90)which was better than that in control group(155.16±9.47).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Family management intervention could effectively improve the family function of epileptic children aged 0 to 6 years.更多还原
