【摘要】 [目的]探讨经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)病人的置管静脉/导管直径比例对产生PICC相关性静脉血栓的影响,为病人选择适当型号的导管提供依据。[方法]对2015年9月—2016年3月符合研究标准的170例病人于置管前后使用SiteRite5超声进行血管评估,测量置管静脉直径,计算置管静脉/导管直径比例,评估血栓发生情况,随访至第28天,怀疑产生血栓时通过彩超检查有无血栓产生,对不同置管静脉/导管直径比例的血栓发生率进行比较。[结果]彩超证实59例(34.7%)产生血栓,置管静脉/导管直径比例<2、2~3和>3的病人血栓发生率分别为52.6%、40.7%、21.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.030,P=0.011)。[结论]置管静脉/导管直径比例越小,血栓发生率越高;建议使用可视化工具评估静脉直径,根据静脉直径选择适当型号的导管置管,增加置管静脉/导管直径比例,前瞻性预防血栓的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)on the ratio of diameter of catheter to the vein(PICC),and to provide the basis for the selection of appropriate catheter.Methods:A total of 170 patients who met the criteria were selected as the subjects from September 2015 to March 2016 before and after catheter using SiteRite5 ultrasound for vascular assessment,measuring catheter vein diameter,venous catheter catheterization calculation/diameter ratio,and assessed the occurrence of thrombosis.Up to 28 days,they were suspected to have thrombosis by ultrasound confirmed that there was no thrombus formation,on the different venous thrombosis/catheter diameter ratio were compared.Results:Ultrasound confirmed 59cases(34.7%)of catheter thrombosis,venous catheter/diameter ratio less than 2,2to 3,and the incidence of thrombosis in 3patients were 52.6%,40.7%,21.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.030,P=0.011).Conclusions:Catheter vein catheter/diameter ratio was smaller,the higher the incidence of thrombosis it recommended the use of visualization tools to evaluate venous venous catheter size,according to the size of the initiative to select the appropriate type of catheter,venous catheter catheterization increased/diameter ratio,prevention of thrombosis prospective.更多还原
