【摘要】 [目的]了解护理组织创新氛围对护士创新行为的影响。[方法]随机抽取哈尔滨市某三级甲等医院的587名临床一线护士为研究对象,采用一般资料、组织创新氛围量表和护士创新行为量表对护士进行现场调查。[结果]护理组织创新氛围评分为(3.10±0.67)分,创新行为评分为(2.71±0.62)分,护士的职称及护理组织创新氛围的两个维度(组织创新激励、资源供应)为护士创新行为的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。[结论]护理组织创新氛围和护士创新行为水平有待提高,护理组织创新氛围越好,护士的创新能力也就越强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about the influence of innovation atmosphere of nursing organization on nurses’ innovation behavior.Methods:A total of 587first-line nurses in a third grade A hospital in Harbin were randomly selected.The nurses field investigation with General Information Questionnaire,Organizational Innovation Atmosphere Scale,and Nurses’ Innovation Behavior Scale.Results:The score of nursing organization’s innovation atmosphere of nursing organization was 3.10±0.67.The score of innovation behavior was 2.71±0.62.Job title and nursing organizational innovation atmosphere(organizational innovation motivation and resources supply)were the main influencing factors of innovation behavior(P<0.01).Conclusions:The innovation atmosphere of nursing organization and the level of innovation behavior of nurses need to be improved.The better the innovation atmosphere of nursing organization was,the stronger the innovation ability of nurses was.更多还原
