【摘要】 有效数字能够体现测量值的可信程度,有效数字位数是测试结果规范表达的重要指标。通过详细分析《海洋监测规范第4部分:海水分析》(GB 17378.4—2007)中"13.2紫外分光光度法"测定步骤中各影响因素,对油类测定结果的有效位数进行科学推断。分析表明,正己烷萃取液中油类浓度、正己烷萃取剂定容体积、水样体积是影响测定结果准确性的关键因素。结果表明,正己烷中油类浓度有效位数3位,萃取液正己烷定容体积有效位数3位,水样体积有效位数3位;海水油类紫外分光光度法测定结果的有效位数为3位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Significant digits indicate the reliability of measured results. According to the Specification for Marine Monitoring( GB 17378. 4-2007),this paper discussed and calculated the significant digits in the measurement of oils in seawater by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the concentration of oils,the volume of hexane and the volume of water sample were the three key influence factors.In general,the concentration of oils is 3 digits; the volume of hexane is 3 digits; the volume of water sample is 3 digits; and the measured results of oils are 3 digits.更多还原
