【Abstract】 This paper,based on the analysis of connotation about " craftsmanship spirit",interpreted its demonstration in the training of counselors’ professional literacy,and its great value in the promotion of their literacy. By grasping the joint of " craftsmanship spirit" and the construction of counselors’ literacy,and from the dimensions of counselors themselves who are the subject,the students who are the object and the working which is assisting,the authors put forward their thinking about " three-in-one" framework for counselors’ occupational literacy,so that counselors with " craftsman spirit" can be constantly cultivated.更多还原
