工匠精神视域下高校辅导员职业素养“三位一体”架构的思考

【摘要】 文章从"工匠精神"的内涵分析入手,阐释了工匠精神的内涵在辅导员职业素养中的体现以及工匠精神对高校辅导员职业素养提升的价值意义,并抓住"工匠精神"与辅导员职业素养建设的契合点,从本位自我、对位学生、旁位工作三个维度展开分析,提出辅导员职业素养"三位一体"的架构,不断提升辅导员职业素养。

【Abstract】 This paper,based on the analysis of connotation about " craftsmanship spirit",interpreted its demonstration in the training of counselors’ professional literacy,and its great value in the promotion of their literacy. By grasping the joint of " craftsmanship spirit" and the construction of counselors’ literacy,and from the dimensions of counselors themselves who are the subject,the students who are the object and the working which is assisting,the authors put forward their thinking about " three-in-one" framework for counselors’ occupational literacy,so that counselors with " craftsman spirit" can be constantly cultivated.
